Mighty Strong Kids is a low cost, high quality self-defense program designed for kids ages 5-12. Our program teaches children self confidence, discipline, structure, respect of self and others, and how to control anger.

We are not a traditional martial arts school. We have taken the best of several different martial arts and combined them into our teachings. Our students do wear uniforms in red, black or blue.

Our program is designed around families. We like to have our parents stay for the classes so they can see what their children are learning on a weekly basis.
